RBA is established by employers and represents and protects the economical, social, professional and any other interests of members according to the goals and functions of the RBA.RBA represents the interests of the RBA members in communication with unions, state and municipal authorities; RBA cooperates with unions regarding cooperative agreements and other questions of employment; inform its members about the actualities, organizes the learning processes, consults, develops and gives suggestions to state and municipal authorities. RBA organizes meetings, conferences, participates in EU projects, networking, education for members, social activities, public relations, participating in Employers Confederation of Latvia, participating at Chamber of Commerce of Latvia, lobbing, social dialogue with local government, state institutions and other NGO.
